What if my tiles arrive damaged or aren't what I ordered?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, TileHaus will replace the affected tiles at our cost, including shipping.

If damaged, please make sure you take photos of the damaged tiles still in the original packaging so we can try to work out the cause of the damage and improve our service in the future.

All claims must be made to returns@tilehaus.co.nz within 48 hours after delivery.

Please ensure you inspect the tiles before installation, as no claims can be made once the tiles have been laid. Installation constitutes aesthetic acceptance of the good.

Once we have received your email we will take care of things and work with you to have the goods collected, and replacement product shipped out to you.
