My discount code won't work?

If the discount code we've given you is not working or is not applying your discount at checkout, follow these instructions...

If you enter your discount code at checkout and receive the error message 'Discount code isn't available to you right now', you will need to create a log-in so we can recognise you. In the checkout, above the email address field, select 'Log in' to be taken to the My Account section to create your account. Once your account has been created, return to the checkout to re-enter your discount code and check out.
