Discount code isn't available to you right now
If you enter your discount code at checkout and receive the error message 'Discount code isn't available to you right now', you will either need to sign in or create a log-in so we can recognise you.
In the checkout, above the email address field, select 'Log in' to be taken to the My Account section to create your account. Once your account has been created, return to the checkout to re-enter your discount code and check out.
Enter a valid discount code
If you enter your discount code at checkout and receive the error message 'Enter a valid discount code' it could be that your discount code does not apply to the product that you are trying to purchase. In this instance, please contact us via Live Chat or send us an email here.
